2015 Ford Mustang

When Ford redesigned the Mustang back in 1994, many of us turned our heads in disgust and stopped paying attention to this once iconic ride.  Slight redesigns made it look a little better by 2000 but it was still far from a good looking car.  The 2005 redesign, attempting to bring back some of the classic design queues, was a total bust in our opinion.  But this brand new 2015 design might bring the Mustang back to a ‘cool car’ status.  The new model will offer three engine options – a 5.0-liter V8, a 3.7-liter V6 and an all-new fuel-efficient 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine.  Who would buy the EcoBoost engine beats us, but there’s always some schmuks out there.  The 2015 Mustang is said to set new performance and dynamics benchmarks and offer world-class handling, more precise steering control and enhanced ride comfort.  Guess we’ll have to drive one to see if this is all true.  The 2015 model certainly looks pretty attractive – we especially enjoy some of the more aggressive lines. $TBA.  www.ford.com
