Dreams really do come true. This is what we thought when we saw the video of a car, made entirely out of LEGO bricks (minus the wheels), driving down the road at 20kph. Impressive for a car made of plastic interlocking bricks of course, but impressive nonetheless. Especially considering the vehicle is air powered. Taking eighteen months and over 500, 000 LEGO bricks, Steve Sammartino and Raul Oaida painstakingly put this beast together brick by brick. The project was crowd-funded; further proving this form of financing as a viable option for independent creators. Check out the LEGO car in action on Steve’s Youtube channel.
